RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) ? Meet Emmy a 7-year-old spayed female black and brown tabby. She is very curious, affectionate and outgoing. Emmy is micro chipped, spayed and up to date on all her shots. She also falls under the senior for senior program at the Richmond SPCA. This means any senior (age 60 and up) who adopts a senior pet (age 5 and up) receives a starter kit for their pet and a reduced adoption fee of $50-dollars.
